You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 1bets, in accordance with Philippine law. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing any real-money gaming features.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are supported. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 1bets ("1bets," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1bets online gaming platform available at 1bets.app ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 1bets Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by 1bets. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The 1bets Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 1bets makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:

3.1 To access real-money gaming features, you must register a single account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 1bets immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 1bets will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 1bets that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 1bets is required to verify the identity of all account holders in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
4.1 All transactions on the 1bets Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account Settings and may vary by payment method.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 1bets reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 1bets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed at the time of request. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
4.5 1bets reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.
4.6 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.1 1bets may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 1bets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, 1bets's decision is final.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
6.1 All games available on the 1bets Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering.
6.2 All slot games and RNG-based table games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited for fairness and statistical integrity.
6.3 Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers. Game outcomes in live games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. 1bets's decision regarding technical malfunctions is final.
6.5 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 1bets.
9.1 1bets collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 1bets implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and 1bets cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1bets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 1bets's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.3 1bets does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
12.3 1bets operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.
13.1 1bets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
